Your Fruit Will Last

 John 15:16
¹⁶Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
   
     If we abide in the rock (cleft of the rock) Psalms 91,our fruit will last because it is sheltered from the storm,it's like refrigeration (it's cool),sheltered from environment. The environment includes mosquitoes, fruit flies, ants, pests.We are being preserved. As we also abide in the vine(Jesus Christ)we are connected to eternal life which the fruit will last forever. I have watched this in the natural that if it is connected it will last longer. Another aspect if we are in a true house of God and are connected Jesus we will sheltered from the environment. If we abide in God's word we will bear much fruit. Doves go to the cleft of the rock so therefore we need to be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove by being under his wings.
   If our fruit doesn't stay in the vine,Jesus, it will become rotten, bitter, stinky. Ants,pests, rats, stray animals and finally maggots will come destroy it. These represents the works of the flesh and  the demons,principalities and much other works of Satan. It will destroy us.
     We need to die to the flesh. As we die to our nature, God can put in us his image and not ours. God can recycle the old man into a new man. Jeremiah 18 He is the potter and we are the clay.II Cor.5:17  "Behold all things are passed away and beholds all things become new."We can become a new creature in Christ.Through ashes and brokenness of the ourselves, like charcoal, a diamond is formed out of it. We have to go through the heat and adversity to become what Jesus wants us to become. Dieing to our flesh and letting God work in us to do of His good pleasure.
